Runavelo Terms of Service

Effective July 23, 2026

These Terms govern your use of runavelo.com, Runavelo accounts, and Runavelo online services. The desktop software is also subject to the Software License Agreement. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

Runavelo provides tools for building, reviewing, editing, and running automations across desktop applications, browsers, and supported mobile devices. Features may include AI-assisted workflow generation, troubleshooting, application publishing, usage entitlements, and business-license services.

2. Accounts and trial access

You must provide an email address you are authorized to use and protect your sign-in codes and sessions. New eligible accounts receive one 30-day Advanced trial. Creating multiple accounts or otherwise circumventing trial, quota, device, or access limits is prohibited. When the trial ends, the account moves to the free Starter plan unless another plan is active.

3. Purchases

Personal 30-day, 90-day, and 1-year plans are one-time purchases for fixed access periods. They do not renew automatically unless a future checkout page expressly states otherwise and obtains your agreement. A new plan starts immediately and replaces the active trial or paid period; unused time and included allowances from the replaced period do not carry over.

CAPTCHA and text recognition add-ons are one-time purchases applied to the active access period. Unused credits expire with that period and do not transfer to a replacement plan.

Prices, duration, included benefits, and taxes, if applicable, are shown before payment. Stripe processes checkout. Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy.

4. AI features

AI-generated workflows, code, explanations, and recommendations may be incomplete or incorrect. Review and test generated output before running it, especially when an automation can modify data, submit forms, send communications, or affect money, accounts, or business operations. Content sent to a configured AI provider is also subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Runavelo to violate law or third-party rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, deceive others, bypass security controls, disrupt services, or process data without required permission. You are responsible for the workflows, credentials, systems, and data you choose to use.

6. Data and privacy

Our collection and handling of account, service, and website data is described in the Privacy Policy. Workflow execution normally occurs on the user's computer, but online features may transmit selected data to Runavelo infrastructure or a third-party provider. Do not place secrets or regulated data in prompts, logs, published applications, or online services unless you have reviewed the destination and configured appropriate safeguards.

7. Ownership

You retain your rights in workflows and data you create. Runavelo and its licensors retain all rights in the software, services, documentation, designs, and trademarks. You grant us only the rights needed to provide features you request, such as storing an application you choose to publish.

8. Third-party services

Runavelo may interact with AI providers, Stripe, Cloudflare, email delivery services, websites, applications, APIs, and device platforms. Their availability, behavior, terms, and privacy practices are outside our control.

9. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may require software updates for security or compatibility. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with every third-party system.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, abuse, a security risk, unlawful activity, or a material violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Runavelo does not warrant that generated output or automations will be error-free. The warranty disclaimers and liability limits in the Software License Agreement also apply to use of the desktop software. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived are not affected.

12. General

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited only as necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute must be brought in a court or forum that has lawful jurisdiction unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
