Runavelo Privacy Policy

Effective July 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of Runavelo and runavelo.com (“Runavelo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you use our website, accounts, desktop software, and online services. Contact us at [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: email address, verification and session records, account identifiers, current plan, entitlement balances, and order history.
  • Payment information: order number, purchased product, amount, currency, payment status, and identifiers returned by Stripe. Payment-card details are entered with and processed by Stripe; Runavelo does not receive the full card number.
  • Support and contact information: name, email address, optional company, inquiry category, message, and correspondence.
  • Service and security information: request time, IP address and basic server logs, software version, device or license identifiers required for activation, and records needed to prevent abuse and diagnose failures.
  • Content you choose to use online: applications you intentionally publish, files you intentionally upload, and prompts or workflow context sent when you use an online AI feature.

2. Local automation data

Workflow execution normally occurs on the computer or execution environment you control. Workflow files, local settings, screenshots, logs, credentials, and business-system data normally remain there unless you choose a feature that transmits or publishes them. Review a workflow before sharing it, and do not include secrets in prompts, logs, or published applications.

3. AI providers

When you use AI-assisted features, your prompt and the workflow, documentation, file, or error context you select may be sent to the AI provider configured for that conversation. The provider receives and processes that content under its own terms and privacy policy. Before sending sensitive data, review the selected provider and its data controls. Runavelo does not require you to send credentials to an AI provider.

4. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, send one-time verification codes, provide plans and entitlements, process purchases, deliver requested storage and publishing features, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain service reliability, comply with legal obligations, and improve Runavelo.

5. How information is shared

We disclose information only as needed to provide requested services, protect users and the service, complete a business transfer, or comply with law. Service providers may include:

  • Stripe for checkout and payment processing;
  • Amazon Web Services for transactional email;
  • Cloudflare for object storage and content delivery;
  • the AI provider you select for AI-assisted features; and
  • hosting, infrastructure, security, and professional-service providers acting for Runavelo.

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the account or service, maintain security and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably practicable. Published applications remain stored until you delete them or the applicable entitlement requires cleanup.

7. Your choices and requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account by emailing [email protected] from the account email address. You may also ask about applicable privacy rights or object to a particular use. We may verify your identity and may retain information that must be kept for security, transaction, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the information we process. No system is completely secure. Protect your email account, verification codes, API keys, workflow credentials, and local computer, and contact us if you believe an account or token has been compromised. See the Security Overview for product-specific guidance.

9. Children

Runavelo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the product or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required.
