1. General

By purchasing or using Runavelo services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Subscription Billing

All subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).

3. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days if:

  • The service has not been substantially used
  • No automation workflows have been executed
  • No excessive AI/API usage has occurred

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Requests after 7 days
  • Subscription renewals
  • Automation usage
  • AI/API consumption
  • Enterprise or custom agreements

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. It will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
